Max, převzal rodinné vinařství v roce 1987. Vinařství nebylo v jeho životních plánech než se potkal s Marcelem Lapierrem, který ho přesvědčil, že by měl převzít rodinné dědictví: nádherné staré vinice Morgonu. Jakmile se rozhodne, začne vyrábět víno pod záštitou Marcela a také se setká s Jacquesem Néauportem, který se stane jeho mentorem.
This is Max’s top cuvee which he only bottles in special vintages, and comes from incredibly old vines aged between 80 to 130 years!
It was produced with no added chemicals in the vineyard or winery,
matured for 12 months in used barrels from the Domaine de la Romanée Conti, then bottled unfined and unfiltered.
In short, it is as natural a wine as you could hope to find!
The wine has real depth and richness of ripe red cherry fruit flavours combined with wonderful freshness and feminine charm and elegance.
Because this has very small amounts of Sulphites we would advise you to store it at a constant temperature between 10-14C.
